ALE'A - ORIGINS (KINOHI)
'Ale'a's second release showcases the trio's talent for traditional Hawaiian music. The band has returned to a trio (Kala'i Stern left in 2001). The CD features several classic Hawaiian songs including "Ku'u Ipo Pua Rose," and "Po La'ila'i," and a version of "Princess Poo-poo-ly" that includes the trio on kazoos. The CD also features six new compositions.
